short version: he can do what he wants, but intersloth can take down the game anytime they want because they have the rights to it

klopity's and arvie's (is it okay if i call you arvie, instead of arvie k?) games are both sepreate from the original game... however, intersloth has the right towards among us. so intersloth can take down any fan game based on any of their own games they own the rights to. 

the only reason klopity would get copyrighted was if he was making a REMAKE of the game WITHOUT intersloth's permission, AND competing with the original game.

it would be just like the lawsuit case beetween fortnite and pubg, 

pubg thought fortnite was too simmilar and using pubg ideas to compete with pubg... thats why they filed a lawsuit
